| BLEWBURY Ground is in Bohams Road, Blewbury, Oxfordshire. Two possible routes from London. First option: take M4 to junction 12, west of Reading. Take Newbury direction on A4, but turn right at Theale and head north on A430, crossing M4 after 3 miles. Four miles further on, turn left (northwest) on A329. After another four miles approx, take left fork on to A417. After approx 5 miles, this takes you to Blewbury. Drive most of the way through Blewbury on the A417 (aka London Road). Take last left (Bohams Road) at west end of village. Ground (Blewbury Recreation Ground) is on the right. Second option: Continue on the M4 to junction 13 and head north on the A34 towards Oxford. After 9 miles you reach Chilton. Turn right here on a minor road probably signposted to Upton. At Upton you find yourself on the A417. Turn right (southeast) and reach Blewbury after 2 miles. You will then have to reverse the directions given above - i.e. take the first right in the village (Bohams Road) and find the cricket ground on the right. There is a third option which is to turn off the M4 at J10 or J11 and go through Reading. For lunch, Blewbury recommend the Red Lion pub. If you are heading up the A417 from the direction of Reading, take the take third turning on right after entering village. The turn is by the war memorial and takes you into Nottingham Fee. Red Lion is at bottom of road. Has good garden, Breakspears beer. Drinking afterwards is in clubhouse.
